The App displays user-generated content which may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you visit a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party's site. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility or liability for, the content, privacy policies, practices, or activities of any third-party sites or services. The App utilizes cloud-based storage provided by Google on servers located in the United States to store all information; therefore, Your information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located.
The App is not designed for or marketed toward children. You must be at least 13 years of age to register for a Banded account and use the App. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event we learn we have collected any such information, we will delete it as soon as possible. This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. You will be advised of any amendments within the App or via the email address you registered with.
